The film played to a packed house of over 700 people at the Wilma Theatre in downtown Missoula, MT as an official selection of the Big Sky Documentary Film Festival.
WINNER! Best Feature Documentary
"The Little Red Truck" was awarded this trophy for the "Best Feature Documnetary, 2008" by the International Family Film Festival held at the historic Raleigh Studios in Hollywood, CA. The Goodyear Blimp, which makes a surprise...and very funny...appearance in the film, did a special flyover the film festival after the screening bearing the message: "Goodyear Salutes The Little Red Truck." Festival staff and attendees were delighted to watch the Blimp circle overhead for nearly 30 minutes bearing its special message.
